Today I decided I’m going to do something great with myself. So get ready, because you’re going to hear about me some day.
I’ve had two really rough workouts in the last two days and I’m already reaping the rewards. Between the two workouts I’ve done 100 pullups, 50 pushups, about 150 squats, 50 situps, curls, tricep pushdowns, and ran about 3 miles. I’m down a pound in two days. Not bad, not bad.
